Our Shipping Policy
Quick Party Supplies.com reserves the right to engage an alternate shipping service if it results in better, faster and enhance service for our customers.
Shipping Period
We will ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Same day shipping will apply to any ground shipping orders placed before 12:00pm EST and on any express shipping orders placed by 2:00pm EST.
Quick Party Supplies.com is NOT responsible for any shipping delays as a result of the shipping company or customs clearing. This aspect is totally out of our hands and we cannot be held liable, nor will issue refunds for the failure of a shipping service. Also, we are NOT responsible for, nor will offer any refunds for any items stolen from homes/porches if there is proof of delivery from the shipping company.
International Orders
We currently donot ship outside United States.
Quick Party Supplies.com warranties most items for one year from the date of purchase. Any warranty issues will be handled solely by Quick Party Supplies.com. |
